My friends have given me tips about buying a portable DVD player that I think is very good advice. Most of them come with battery power, which is fine, but they do tend to eat batteries rather quickly. They said to be sure you get a portable DVD player that has a car adaptor.

This is my second Blu Ray player, I have had a PS3 since the month it launched but I don’t like using my game systems for watching movies. So far I have watched Hitman and gone baby gone and it looks just as good on S350 as it does on my PS3.

The DTS sound is great thru my old RCA Surround sound system so it should be incredible when hooked up thru an HDMI enabled sound system. I reccomend this for people that have never owned one and this is an incredible entry level player.

However, I do have to admit that I have a favorite in the competition. I like that the LCD is lighter than the other unit. This is especially true because I would prefer to have the item delivered. I also want to have the television mounted on the wall. A heavier object would make me a little nervous. So far the LCD TV vs Plasma debate is leaning towards the latter.

The great thing is that no matter which you choose you can expect to enjoy the television for about 15 years. This almost makes the LCD TV vs Plasma research seem pretty silly. By the time you need a new one; there will be something new on the market.

There are a few Wiggles videos for children that we don’t have, and I am on a quest to find them. I’m probably not the only one. I guess I never thought the day would come that Greg would stop wiggling. He is, after all, the youngest. I thought he would be the last to go, but this just goes to show you that you don’t know what will happen next.
