GI Joe’s story was about an animated American soldier which dates its foundation in 1942 and created a huge industry in recent decades. Even know jadite dishes were very inexpressive to produce in their hey day of the 30’s and 40’s they are very much a collectible item these days. Along with accessories like jadeite salt and pepper shakers, bowls, butter dishes and a few others.

The soft green jadite color will lighten up any dinner arrangement and not be the end of the world if something comes up missing or damaged. Even know it is a good idea to use paper towels between each dish when stacking.

Num Nums Hamster is one of the wildly popular Zhu Zhu Pet Hamsters. The buzz on Zhu Zhu Pets is hot right now, because these furry little creatures are so hard to find. I can remember going to the attic at grandma’s to find a treasure chest of nostalgic classic wooden toys that she had collected over the years from not only her children but had also managed to keep toys from her childhood. A few days after the craft sale I went Christmas shopping. I came upon a kiosk that was selling crystal ornaments. They had a beautiful angel Christmas decoration. The angel was clear with gold edging along the wings and halo. She was holding a candle. The flame of the candle was also edged in gold. The crystal sparkled and refracted what ever color was near it. I decided that I would buy the angel Christmas decoration for my friend from church. It would be a nice thank you gift for the amount of time she donated to our fund raiser.
