Why make a printable resume online?
In general, it is a bad idea to simply make a printable resume online because the information is stored on their server and not your computer. That of course means it can be lost at some point.
If you are low on cash though, you may not have the option of buying software to prepare your resume. Finding a free resume preparation solution online may be your only option. You may not even own a computer with a printer as hard as that is to believe in 2009. If this is the case, you will have to either use a friends computer or go to a fedex kinkos and rent some time on their public computers.
Whether you make a printable resume online or have the ability to prepare it from your own computer, a great resume is needed to get even the low paying jobs these days.
