Military Press Tips
One of the best shoulder exercises is the military press. Most people do military presses while seated on a bench with back support. To do them properly you lower the weight to in front of your neck or chin and lift it overhead until your arms are straight. You’ll see many weight trainers do overhead presses where they lower the weight to the back of their necks. This puts you shoulders in a position that may cause an injury, so you should avoid doing behind the neck presses.
