That’s if they’re cheap for the right reasons and not simply cheaply made, which rarely make good beds for sleeping on long term. Quite often, neighbours sell good beds from guest rooms when they move homes and it’s always a good idea to watch out the local classifieds for such bargains. Good beds can be extremely expensive but when you think about the longevity of a quality bed, they actually turn out to be very good value for money. With most men women and children spending an average of 7-8 hours in the bed each night, it really is important to spend as much as you can afford so as to get a bed which is well made. If money is an issue, check the local ads or put your own up in the ‘Wanted’ section of the local newspaper, but whatever you do, avoid buying cheaply made beds whenever possible.
