Healthy Pistachios
I recently read an article all about pistachios. It talked about how pistachios helped to clear up cholesterol and prevent heart disease. It mentioned that they were full of antioxidants that helped prevent Parkinson’s and Huntington’s. It talked about how eyesight could improve and stomach pains would lessen after eating them. The article was called “Eating Pistachios is Key to Good Health� and is a great source of information. I had no idea that such a small nut could be so good for you. So, this year, I’m sending out holiday food gifts to everyone, small baskets filled with pistachios. After all, I want everyone to enjoy the holidays for years to come.
