How do you control your anger?
If you are deeply hurt by a betrayal by a friend or spouse, you may feel hurt, heartbroken, and disappointed, but you instead display anger. Anger is easier to go with and can mask other feelings that we don’t really want to show anyone else. Anger management courses can help someone show their true emotions rather than lashing out in anger.
