Now a days satellite tv has gotten loads better. Picture is excellent with %100 digital along with sound. Usually any problems with Dish is usually the result of either a bad piece of equipment or a faulty installation.
Usually a Dish technician can problem solve the issue within an hour. Once the issue has been resolved Dish customers are very pleased. Quite often the issue will reveal itself within’ a week of installation. After that everything usually runs fantastic.
For those rare instances where there seems to be an ongoing technical issue, Dish does have a top score for customer service which is reassuring as electronics do at times have a mind of their own.
