Squat To Improve Your Leg Strength

If you’re starting a weight training routine it’s a must that you perform squats during your quadriceps workouts. Squats will work most of the muscles of the lower body, especially the quadriceps. Wear a weight training belt and squat down to where your thighs are parellel to the floor when you perform them to increase your squat strength.
