Sony DSC T20 review and ratings
The pocket sized digital camera market is a crowded place to be. There is not a lot to choose between many of the cameras you can buy. Reasons for taking a closer look at the Sony DSC T20 include its sleek, stylish design, low shutter lag times, image stabilisation and face detection software. Â
You are also likely to find the camera easy to use. Sony appear to have put a lot of thought into the design of the menu system. The end result is one that is both easy to use and also easy to read. A small piece of help text also pops up to explain each menu option to you. Â
It is one of the more expensive pocket cameras. One downside is the level of red eye in portraits when the flash is in use. This happens even when red eye reduction has been turned on. There is a built in red eye fix facility. My test produced a strange result with the camera doing a good job of detecting and fixing red eye in one eye, but totally ignoring red eye in the second eye.
