Google Picasa is a complete photo management software package that can locate, edit, share and catalog digital pictures. Google purchased Picasa is 2004. It is a really good tool for beginners. The feature I like most is the “I’m feeling lucky” button. This feature tries to automatically edit pictures that have flaws. It works pretty good. It sure helped me get going.
