Nikon COOLPIX S200 review and ratings
At the end of the day the most important facet of any digital camera is the picture quality it offers. Alas the Nikon Coolpix S200 fell below par in this department. I found it difficult to get the camera to focus sharply, especially in indoor situations. This is surprising in a camera from Nikon.Â
It is also a shame because in my view the camera looks good and fits easily into a pocket. Perhaps it’s a case of trying to cram too much into such a small body.Â
Areas where the camera does well include ease of use. There are also one or two extra features thrown in that it is rare to find in such a small camera.Â
Rating: Below averageÂ
Summary: Sorry, but there are better pocket sized cameras out there than this one. If you are looking for an alternative try taking a look at the Canon IXUS 70.Â
