Cell Service
Cell service varies with each location. I know that my phone won’t work in my hometown, but I don’t tend to go there a lot. My parents live about ten miles from there now, and I have cell service with my current provider there. My hometown, however, is definitely a different story. It’s a very small town, and they have a wish to remain old fashioned. They fought cell service from even coming into the area for a long time. They gave in eventually, but only partially. There is now cell service there, but you can only get it through one company. The company now has a monopoly on the area, and I can’t even make roaming calls there.
