Warcraft Gold Guide Author Sues World of Warcraft Developer

24-year-old entrepeneur Brian Kopp has been forced off of eBay, where his “Ultimate World of Warcraft Leveling and Gold Guide” has been a popular seller for several months. World of Warcraft developer Blizzard Entertainment launched a blizzard of complaints to eBay, citing alleged violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and eBay closed Kopp’s account and halted his auctions. In turn, Kopp is taking legal action against Blizzard, for interfering with sales of his eBook, which he claims does not infringe on any copyrights.
